What is the best way to clean products with inserts made of wood, glass, plastic or golden plated?
We suggest hand-wash of the product and the use of appropriate detergents. Dishwashing is possible except for products with wooden inserts. Do not exceed 50° washing program in the case of golden plated items.

What is the best way to wash the knives?
In order to prevent that small rust spots appear on the knives always place them in a separate basket of the washing machine to a avoid contact with other cutlery pieces and preferably with their blade downword. Once the washing cycle is over do not leave the knives into closed dishwasher for a long time but dry them as soon as possible with a soft cloth. If small black burning spots appear onto the knives after dishwashing we suggest you to get the correct grounding of your washing device checked by an electrician.

How can I get spare parts for cookware? Coffee machines? Cruets etc.
Coffee machines spare parts such as funnels, filters and gaskets are "standard" and can be purchased in every household shop or hypermarket. To get any other spare part you can apply to the shop where you've purchased the product or to any official Morinox dealers.

How can I best use CHATEAU food warmer?
CHATEAU thermic food container has been studied to keep food warm/cold.
The average thermic performance is about 5 hours.
In case the food is cooked into a regular pot/pan it is advisable to warm the porcelain dish up into the oven up to 180° prior to place the food inside it. This trick will significantly improve the CHATEAU thermic performance.

How can I use the ICM pressure lid?
The ICM pressure lid has been studied to fit ICM pots of the same diameter, though having different height/capacity. By using this pressure lid a standard ICM pot, casserole, shallow pan can be transformed into a pressure cooker. Depending on your cooking needs you can switch the pressure lid from one to another pot, but you can NOT use it onto pots different from LePentole range.

Thanks to the use of a copper/aluminium inner disc we get a better heat distribution while saving energy at the same time.
